Terms of sale

These terms are an agreement between you and Yoann Guerveno, Entrepreneur individuel (sole trader), trading as SAAS INDUSTRIES and Bloxshot, registered in France under SIREN 940 701 931, 1 Place Saint-Pierre, 22000 Saint-Brieuc, France ("Bloxshot", "we"). Contact: contact@bloxshot.gg. They apply to the launch pack and to the launch email list on this website.

Bloxshot is an AI tool that makes thumbnails and icons for Roblox games. It is not open yet. The launch pack is a one-time payment made before launch. It is sold in waves: the first 5 at $9, the next 10 at $19, and the last 25 at $24, then it is sold out. You pay the price of the wave on sale when you open checkout, shown on the payment page before you pay. It gives you:

• 1,000 credits, usable once Bloxshot launches. 10 credits make one standard image (a thumbnail or an icon). Credits from the launch pack never expire.
• 20% off plans and extra credits for 12 months, starting on launch day. It applies on its own to the account that uses the email you paid with.
• Access before the public launch.

There is no launch date yet. We email you the day Bloxshot opens. Your credits appear when you sign in with the email you paid with. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.

The price is shown in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. Payment is handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for the payment: it charges the card, collects any tax and sends your receipt. Your access to Bloxshot and these terms stay with us.

• Before launch: you can get a full refund at any time, for any reason. Email contact@bloxshot.gg from the address you paid with.
• After launch: unused launch pack credits are refundable within 14 days of your first sign-in.
• If we decide not to launch, we refund every launch pack in full, without you having to ask.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Because the service only starts at launch, this right is not lost before then, and the refund rules above go further than it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your request. A refund also ends the 20% off.

You must be 13 or older to use Bloxshot. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and agree to these terms.

Using Bloxshot after launch is covered by the terms of service published at launch. You'll see them before you first use your credits, and they can't take away what this page gives you (your credits, the refund rules and the discount).

If you join the launch email list, we email you when Bloxshot opens and may send a few launch updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy policy.

French law applies, without depriving you of the protections of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact@bloxshot.gg: we answer within a few days.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
