Privacy policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
This policy covers the Bloxshot pre-launch website: the launch email list and the launch pack. It's short because we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible
Yoann Guerveno, Entrepreneur individuel (sole trader), trading as Bloxshot, 1 Place Saint-Pierre, 22000 Saint-Brieuc, France, is the controller of the data collected on this website. Contact: contact@bloxshot.gg.
2. What we collect, why and for how long
- Launch email list: your email and, if you add it, your Roblox game link. Used to email you at launch and send a few launch updates, on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Kept until you unsubscribe, and deleted at the latest 12 months after launch.
- Launch pack purchase: your email, the amount and the payment reference. Used to deliver your credits at launch and handle refunds (performance of the contract, art. 6(1)(b)). We also add your email to the launch email list so you get the launch email. Purchase records are kept 10 years, as French accounting law requires (art. 6(1)(c)). We never see or store your card number.
- Security: your IP address, held a few minutes in server memory to limit abuse of the forms, and in our host's logs for a short time (legitimate interest in keeping the site safe, art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Who processes it
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of this website.
- Resend (United States): the launch email list and the emails we send.
- Stripe (Ireland and United States): payments. Through Managed Payments, Stripe is the reseller for your payment and an independent controller of the payment data it collects (see stripe.com/privacy).
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, else on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, get a copy of it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time (the unsubscribe link in every email does it in one click). Write to contact@bloxshot.gg: we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or the authority of the country where you live.
6. Children
Bloxshot is for people 13 and older, and under-18s need a parent or guardian to buy the launch pack. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and tell people on the launch email list. The rules for buying are in the Terms of sale.
